I'm a happy person by heart. I like to eat and drink and have a good time. It’s not easy to stay healthy while enjoying the finer things in life, but it can be done. It's my mission to show you how to indulge in your favorite delicacies without gaining weight, and also how to lose the extra pounds without becoming an acetic. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, not an exercise in discipline.
